Whilst new to Borough Market, our goal is to continue to provide excellent produce and service to the local community around Borough Market and to support our partners by returning fair pricing to suppliers. We want to continue our tradition of having friendly, knowledgeable staff who are passionate about food.
Our primary goal is to increase the sale of organic produce and promote sustainable farming practices, both nationally and internationally. We believe in the importance of traceability, and we ensure that all the products we buy can be traced back to their source. Additionally, we are dedicated to providing local produce and championing UK brands to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize our impact on the environment.
We pride ourselves on actively promoting and engaging in minimizing food waste. Through our charitable work, we aim to help provide for those in need. Additionally, we are conscious of our social engagement and strive to promote food security and accessibility for all.
