Director
Gary has worked in New Covent Garden Market for nearly 45 years, 37 of which at Bevington Salads. He is a walking industry encyclopedia and Chairman of the Tenants Association for New Covent Garden Market.
George Marshall
Sales Director
Gary's son George is the next generation. Ultimately taking over from Gary, George has spent the last four years learning the business and industry as a whole; embracing new technologies and ideas to push the business forward.
Barry Grant
Senior Salesman/ Vegetable Buyer
Barry joined us in 2017. He brings with him a breadth of depth of knowledge and specialism in vegetable procurement, with top flight suppliers up and down the length of the country and abroad.

Specialist Buyer
Tom joined the company in 2010. He has decades of experience and specialises in taking care of our retail customers. Our clients rely on Tom's incredible focus and dedication to ensure they get the best produce, all present and correct on their order.

Jack has been with the company since 2020 but has been in around the industry for a decade. He started with us in the warehouse and has now taken charge of our external retail; supplying various retail outlets with our excellent produce.

Jayesh Kothari of Kothari & Co has been the Chartered Accountants for Bevington Salads since its inception. He has decades of experience and is a true professional.
Deana Kentish
Company Secretary
Deana is the Company Secretary for Bevington Salads. She ensures we operate within industry regulation and legislation and assists Gary in the running of the company with regulatory matters.
Liepa Lengvinaite
Credit Controller/ SEO
Having joined the company in 2012, Liepa has been our credit controller for the majority of this time. She handles our sales ledger and now has a new role handling our online presence and SEO.

Celebrating his 13th year at Bevington's, Chris started as a credit controller and has worked his way up to become the Office Manager for the company. If you have an accounts query, he's the one to see.

Warehouse Manager
We often say that 'Ricky' does the job of three people. He is a well oiled machine and has been in charge of the warehouse for 8 years. What he doesn't know about preparing and QC'ing orders and keeping our warehouse in order, isn't worth knowing.

Charlie started with the company in 2023 and has fast become a reliable and friendly member of the team. Energetic and efficient he is a welcome asset.
Alfie Waite-Hewitt

Alfie started with the company in 2023. Only 21 and new to night work and to New Covent Garden Market, he has found his feet fast and is a dependable and adaptable member of the team.
Ray Johns
Warehouse/ Driver
Ray also joined in 2023 and has been split between the warehouse and driving - ensuring our multi-drop deliveries are carried out quickly and correctly.
